High quality of SBR lamination fabric,with soft,attrition resisitant and better elastic,breathable and waterproof , cannot deformation,is mush suitable for making wetsuits,sports bags and protective bags of cups.

Waterproof :SBR two sides lamination fabric ,with warm protection and water proof funtion which is the classical material for making wetsuits,becoming increasingly used in sports bags and protective bags of cups.

Breathable: TPU lamination fabric,with breathable and waterproof which is used for light sports bags with better elastic and recovery .

Softness:The polymer molecule possesses a lower modulus than Nylon or PET,offering improved softness and drape for a given fiber.

Stretch and Recovery:The spring -like Polymer molecule can lend a comfort stretch and superior resilience to textile and carpet fibers,while also granting dimensional stability.

Dyeability:polymer possesses a low glass transition temperature,which allows fibers to be dyed and printed at low temperatures,whilist maintaning bright colors and minimal energy loss.

Chlorine&UV proof: PTT offers better Chlorine UV proof functions.

Lap Dips and Strike Offs

1.For dyed fabric: Confirm the colors from Pantone Book, and we will finish it in 5 workdays.

2.For printed fabric: Confirm the designs, we will make strike-offs for approral before the bulk production, and it will spend about 5-7 workdays.
